AnimeNJ++’s Exhibitors Hall boasts a wide diversity of vendors and artists for all attendees! Whether you are looking for a new plushie to take home, a figure for your bookshelf, an original piece of artwork to hang up, or pins for your ita bag, there is someone for you to shop from!

You can learn more about the list of artists and vendors that will be appearing at AnimeNJ++ as we get closer to the event.

And if you are looking to be a part of our Exhibitors Hall, read the policies below, and apply during our application period (TBD) using the buttons below. Applications for AnimeNJ++ are only open during a short time period and all applications are juried.

Exhibitors Hall Selling Information

Thank you for your interest in being a part of our Exhibitors Hall at AnimeNJ++. We have updated some of our rules and policies, so please take the time to read them carefully before submitting your application. If you have any questions, please contact the Exhibitors Head.

Exhibitors Hall applications will be open from XX until XX. Accepted applicants for the Exhibitors Hall will not need to purchase a separate convention badge, as that is included in the Exhibitors Hall registration. You will be contacted by the Exhibitors Head informing you whether or not you have been awarded a spot in our Exhibitors Head the week of XX. If you have been accepted, you will be contacted by the Exhibitors Head to confirm your registration and arrange payment. Payment may be made via our online payment system.

Juried Exhibitors Hall

We select all of our exhibitors via a jury process. In order to aid in this process, we ask that you include a link to online pictures of your table, catalog, or portfolio provided in the applications form. We receive many more applications than we are able to accept and having samples of your space provided to us will greatly aid in our process. Having a juried Exhibitors Hall will ensure a wide variety of exhibitors that can bring their best quality wares to our attendees.

Artist Policies

All registered artists agree to the following:

Artists must be at least 18 years of age as of November 13th, 2026.
Artists must abide by all convention policies.
No bootlegs or unlicensed reproductions of existing merchandise.
No proxy selling; the original artist must be in attendance (exceptions may be made in emergency circumstances or on a case-by-case basis.
AnimeNJ++ will not cover any costs of travel or lodging.
Be respectful to AnimeNJ++ staff, Hilton Hasbrouck Heights/Meadowlands staff, and your fellow exhibitors.

Items that MAY be sold in Artist Alley include:

Products featuring your own original creations.
Commissioned and hand-drawn works.
Unique, individual, handmade items.
Doujinshi, fanzines, and similar items.
Fan art that is explicitly your own work, not that of the license holder.

Items that MAY NOT be sold in Artist Alley include:

AI-generated artwork.
Copied or traced artwork.
Bootleg merchandise.
Dangerous merchandise, including, but not limited to: weapons, loud noisemakers, combustible items, and items that could easily cause harm.
Any posters, idol cards, etc., which read “Kodak”, “Fuji”, etc. on the back.
Legal merchandise either imported or bought from an American company, such as figures, manga, wall scrolls, art supplies, etc.
Unlicensed reproductions of any products, regardless of whether they are released by an American company.
Food, snacks, beverages, or items of the sort.
Holding giveaways, raffles, or other games of chance.

Any violation will come with a warning, at which time you will be asked to remove the offending merchandise from the premises. Failure to comply or a subsequent violation is cause for removal from the convention and forfeiture of all fees.

AnimeNJ++ has a strict, NO BOOTLEG policy. We will have zero-tolerance for any artists that do not comply with our policies regarding bootlegs and trademark violations. Failure to comply with this policy is cause for removal from the convention and forfeiture of all fees.

Vendors Policies

All registered vendors agree to abide by the following:

The Primary Contact for Vendors must be at least 18 years of age as of November 13th, 2026.
Vendors must abide by all state and federal laws, especially concerning copyright laws and restricted sales of unsafe or inappropriate products to minors.
All vendors will accept full responsibility for the collection of any state, local, and federal taxes.
Vendors must abide by all the convention policies.
No bootlegs or unlicensed reproductions of existing merchandise.
Vendors must contain their display to their assigned areas.
All boxes, packaging materials, etc. must be stored beneath display tables or removed from the premises prior to the opening of the Exhibitors Hall.
Vendors will be fully responsible for their own properties at all times.
AnimeNJ++ will not cover any costs of travel or lodging.
Be respectful to AnimeNJ++ staff, Hilton Hasbrouck Heights/Meadowlands staff, and your fellow exhibitors.

Items that MAY be sold in Vendors Room include:

Any licensed authentic US merchandise.
Any licensed authentic imported merchandise.
Any products featuring your own creations.
Used goods (that follow the above policies) that are clearly labelled as such.
Commissioned and hand-drawn original works.
Unique, individual, handmade original items.
Doujinshi, fanzines, and similar original items.

Items that MAY NOT be sold in Vendors Room include:

No metal weaponry. Other non-metal weapons (wooden, plastic, foam, etc.) may be sold at the vendor’s discretion.
No AI generated items/artwork.
Bootleg merchandise.
Dangerous merchandise, including, but not limited to: weapons, loud noisemakers, combustible items, and items that could easily cause harm.
Any posters, idol cards, etc. which read “Kodak”, “Fuji”, etc. on the back.
Unlicensed reproductions of any products, regardless of whether they are released by an American company.
Contact lenses or any other kind of regulated medical device.
Holding giveaways, raffles, or other games of chance.

Adult Material (18+) Policy

We ask that Exhibitors (Artists and Vendors), particularly those who sell adult material, keep in mind that there will be minors present. Think PG-13. The acceptability of displays of material is at the discretion of the Exhibitors Head.

Any material that contains nudity, is extremely or graphically violent, or is otherwise unsuitable for minors (anyone below the age of 18) may only be sold in the designated 18+ room or kept out of the general public’s view and only viewed or sold upon proper ID check. If adult material (18+) makes up 25% or more of your merchandise, you must register as an 18+ exhibitor.

Exhibitors who display prohibited adult material in the general public’s view or attempt to sell it without proper ID check will be reminded once about our adult material policy. Failure to comply with warnings is cause for removal from Exhibitors Rooms (Artists Alley and Vendors Room) and forfeiture of all fees.

Check-In & Move-Out Policy

Prior to setting up your space, all exhibitors must check-in with the Exhibitors Head. Here, you will obtain the finalized location of your space and your badge(s). More details about this will be provided to accepted exhibitors closer to the convention weekend.

Exhibitors are solely responsible for moving in all necessary merchandise and equipment. The Exhibitors Hall is located on the lower level of the Hilton Hasbrouck Heights/Meadowlands. It is recommended that you park for unloading and loading on the back parking lot of the venue. There is no guarantee that the venue or AnimeNJ++ can provide hand trucks or dollies during load-in and load-out.

Check-in must be done prior to XX on XX. Any spaces that have not been claimed by that time will be forfeited without refund and become available for general purchase.

Exhibitors will have until 7:00pm on Sunday, November 15th, 2026 to completely clear out any and all merchandise and equipment brought into the venue.

Contracts & Payments

Contracts and payment information will be sent out within two weeks of the notification period. All contracts are due signed and completed at the time of payment. All payments will be completed via our online payment system.

Taxes & Licenses

AnimeNJ++ is not responsible for obtaining any licenses or permits required by local, state, and federal law for any vendors within the Exhibitors Hall.

Terms & Conditions

Being a part of the AnimeNJ++ Exhibitors Hall binds you to the following terms & conditions:

Floor Space: AnimeNJ++ Exhibitors Hall floor space is reserved for exhibitors whom wish to interact with fans to garner sales of the following: for artists: comics, prints, and original artwork, and for vendors: merchandise, including but not limited to, DVDs, Blu-Rays, games, toys, apparel, and licensed prints.
Attendance Policy: Exhibitors agree to remain set up at their table during the hours of operation of AnimeNJ++ Exhibitors Hall. If an exhibitor must be away from their table, they must provide a suitable representative to remain in attendance at their table. No early breakdown without prior consent at AnimeNJ++ is allowed. Tables that are not occupied without prior consent from AnimeNJ++ are subject for forfeiture and may be released without refund. To the best of their ability, all exhibitors agree to meet the daily closing times of AnimeNJ++. Table layouts cannot be moved without approval from the Exhibitors Head of AnimeNJ++.
Waiting List: Any applicant that has submitted an application and has passed initial selection, but has not received floor space in AnimeNJ++ Exhibitors Hall due to all tables having been sold out, will automatically be placed on a waiting list in the event of a last minute cancellation. Waiting list applicants will be notified of availability as soon as possible. All applicants must have submitted an application along with a valid method of payment ready to go. Upon available space notification and agreement by the applicant, applicants have five (5) business days to pay for the space.
Liability: AnimeNJ++ is not responsible for any potential losses, costs, damages, liability, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) that may arise from any accident, bodily injury, property loss or damage or other occurrences to any person or persons that include the exhibitor, their agents, employees, and guests while in use and occupancy of the Exhibitors Hall at the Hilton Hasbrouck Heights/Meadowlands located at 650 Terrace Ave, Hasbrouck Heights, New Jersey 07604 or any part thereof. The exhibitors agrees to these terms as they accept admission into Anime NJ++ Exhibitors Hall.
Further: All damages to property during Anime NJ++ Exhibitors Hall shall be the full responsibility of the exhibitor. The exhibitor agrees to defend and hold harmless the Hilton Hasbrouck Heights/Meadowlands, its owners, managers, officers or directors, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates, from any damages or charges that result from the exhibitor’s use of the property. All losses, costs, damages, or expenses arising from, or out of, or by reason of accident or bodily injury or other occurrences to any person or persons, including the exhibitor, employees, which arise from the exhibitor’s occupancy and use of the exhibition premises (Hilton Hasbrouck Heights/Meadowlands) are to be included in the exhibitor’s liability.
